  • Resolving customer tickets efficiently and effectively through various communication channels, including m-desk/ERP, calls, and social media.
  • Providing quick turnaround times to answer customer queries and update tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction, and implementing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Following established communication procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and keep them happy, by providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations.
  • Collecting feedback from customers and collaborating with departments to bring in impactful solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records by tracking and updating information in a timely manner.
  • Researching, identifying, and resolving customer complaints using relevant software and tools.
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls, to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences.
  • Following up with customers as necessary to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service.
  • Upselling products and services to customers, to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Completing call logs and reports, to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Education: Fresher's/HSC/any graduate
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Self-driven approach, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or sector
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Malayalam language proficiency, as this is a required language for the role
