Responsibilities
As an Account Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
- Meeting department productivity and quality standards

Essential Qualifications
