The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Emergency Response Team, ready to be deployed in the event of a natural disaster or national emergency. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to US residents in need, utilizing a variety of communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. You'll work closely with your team to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, demonstrating patience, understanding, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries with active listening and empathy
- Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
- Utilize various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
What You Bring to the Role:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Computer experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- US citizenship (required for this government contract)
Technology Requirements:
* High-speed internet (15 Mbps or faster)
- USB wired headset (recommended)
- Smartphone or device running iOS or Android (for daily log-in)
- arenaflex will provide a computer for the duration of the project
