Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team as a Yelp support specialist. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the tech or e-commerce industry

  • Familiarity with Yelp's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
