Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a positive and enjoyable experience with our streaming service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions, addressing members' questions and concerns in real-time.
  • Assisting members with inquiries related to account management, billing, and technical issues, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex content and service updates to provide accurate information to members.
  • Engaging with members in real-time through live chat, utilizing a knowledge base to provide accurate and timely information.
