Experienced Full Stack Engagement Manager – Gen AI Project Delivery and Customer Success

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced technology program/project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Directing complex Gen AI proof-of-concepts, implementations, and enterprise adoption projects
• Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical and strategic planning
• Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions, and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes
• Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and mapping them to business outcomes
• Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions
• Contributing to technical documentation and defining documentation standards

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in technology program/project management, with a focus on cloud computing and Gen AI

• Strong technical expertise in AWS services, architectures, and best practices
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and business teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to decompose complex problems into actionable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance
• Experience with technical documentation and documentation standards
• Strong understanding of Gen AI and its applications in cloud computing
