About the Position:
As a Part-Time Weekend Outbound/Inbound Customer Care Expert, you'll play a critical role in fostering lasting relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional experiences through a combination of phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to understand our customers' needs, address their concerns, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
* Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritize customers and their needs in all interactions. Establish and earn customers' trust through attentive and personalized service.
- Inbound Customer Service: Manage a substantial volume of inbound customer service calls efficiently and courteously. Handle overflow appointment requests with precision.
- On-Call Support: Be available for on-call duties as required.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customers' concerns. Demonstrate strong character and values in every customer interaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively and efficiently with the team to ensure a unified customer care approach.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Age Requirement: Minimum age of eligibility: 18 years or older.
- Teachability: Willingness to learn and embrace continuous learning opportunities.
- Communication Skills: Professional and amiable phone presence.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience: Previous Customer Care experience is preferred.
- Screening: Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
- Adaptability: Ability to follow/utilize the playbook when handling different topics/conversations.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
