Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high-quality service desk metrics by meeting or exceeding targets for quality, productivity, and service
  • Developing a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and business objectives, IT divisional goals, and various business areas, technical conditions, and systems that support the arenaflex business
  • Recognizing the impact of changes to IT supported systems and adapting investigations to address client issues
  • Demonstrating autonomous judgment and responsibility for resolving complex technical issues
  • Effectively participating in the development of relational skills and professionalism in interactions with vendors, supported clients, and other IT teams
  • Building and maintaining effective, cooperative, and productive relationships with second and third-level IT teams, vendors, and supported clients
  • Resolving or escalating incidents, and creating internal news and knowledge base articles
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities by assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades
  • Providing answers to clients by identifying issues, investigating responses, and guiding clients through remedial actions
  • Assessing, investigating, and addressing end-client IT system issues through first-level IT technical support via calls, chat, or email
  • Providing detailed documentation of system issues, investigation steps, and related relevant data in a tagging/global positioning framework
  • Utilizing a wide array of available tools and resources to resolve system issues
  • Meeting or exceeding targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service
  • Attending continuous training to enhance ability to support new and existing equipment and software applications

  • Planning flexibility to address the needs of the business; a day in and day out/365 climate

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Past arenaflex business operations experience
  • Experience using a tagging/global positioning framework
  • Knowledge of and experience using Google Applications, AS400, scheduling, and so on
  • Past Service Desk experience or potentially IT-related school degree(s) or certification(s)
