Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions they may have, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring their satisfaction

• Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring a smooth operation
• Utilizing technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently
• Receiving truck deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of packages
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Physical Demands and Requirements

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around safely and efficiently
