Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. – no cold calling required! We'll provide comprehensive paid training, cover all training and testing fees, and support you in obtaining your state insurance license. What We're Looking For
* Must reside in Texas.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Must have open availability during operating hours.
- Professional customer service aptitude is essential.

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
- Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection.
- Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
- Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
