Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1+ year preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in administrative duties including data entry and file management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
