The Role

As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, answering warranty questions, and providing product information. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, resolve their queries efficiently, and provide a positive experience that keeps them coming back to arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide premium customer service through phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate responses to their queries.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with website navigation, ensuring that they have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Build relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in digital chat support or a related field, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously, with a typing speed of at least 55 WPM.
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with the ability to hardwire.
  • Ability to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
