Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design and develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Help and advise project teams on project plan choices

• Design and develop part configurations working with the design architect and implement the design
• Help and advise project teams on critical technical guidelines and direction
• Regulate both high-level and detailed technical design reviews
• Collaborate with buyers of the stage/services created under the design
• Work with design architect and business area to discuss technical information and produce high-quality software
• Be the technical leader for a dynamic team
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of information technology solutions encompassing multiple disciplines, stages, and technologies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends through benchmarking, participation in professional associations, etc. to lead critical business direction
• Lead the creation of processes, tools, and monitoring to proactively identify potential system issues
• Lead or assist in the validation of new or updated products or tools
• Provide authority in communicating and showing service vision/process
• Communicate and advocate arenaflex's values
• Explore, investigate, and address system issues as needed
• Reconsider, test, and implement software as needed

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 8 years of software development experience, including at least 4 years of experience working with Services and Hybrid technologies
• Experience working with microservices engineering, messaging middleware, and expected to develop cloud-native applications
• Experience working with cloud platforms like OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
• API technologies and platforms, such as APIGEE and Struts, required
• Web application frameworks like JQuery, Springboot, GraphQL, AngularJS, Node.js required
• Significant project experience with high transaction volumes required
• Experience involving IBM's DataPower in a Nudge environment is a plus
• Experience working with business rules engines/business process management frameworks, such as JBPM, required
• Experience in VersionOne, GIT, and DevOps required
• Experience with agile development with continuous deliveries is a plus
• Self-motivated person with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting
• Past experience supporting large applications in a production environment with strong investigative skills required
• Where allowed by applicable law, likely vaccinated or get vaccinated by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while perhaps not currently employed by Delta Carriers, Inc.
