Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to deliver the best possible customer experience. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

Customer Service Representative Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Customer Service Representative experience: While we're looking for entry-level candidates, we prefer candidates with some experience in customer service, as this will help you hit the ground running.
  • High school diploma: A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
  • Proficient with computers and CRM software: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and CRM software to manage customer interactions and data.
