Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Scheduling and Customer Services Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients that wins their trust and confidence
- Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
- Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
- Enjoying working in a technical workplace and improving skills through practice

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience required
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus - Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience working in a virtual call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other technical tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
