Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in responding to customer requests through various channels, including email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals and effectively communicating the value of arenaflex's products.
- Collaborating with the global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues.
- Troubleshooting common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
- Automating tasks using tools like Zapier or writing browser scripts in JavaScript to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles.
- Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
- Strong written communication skills and an empathetic mindset, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
