Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You will work independently with little to no supervision, adapting to changes and modifications quickly, and think critically to resolve complex issues. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Communicate with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
  • Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Adapt to changes and modifications quickly, thinking critically to resolve complex issues
  • Follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once, and communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Ability to work a 40-hour shift
  • Equipped with a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Quick adaptation to changes and modifications, with critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and efficiently execute multiple tasks at once

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
