Experienced Data Entry Associate – Cannabis Industry Menu Curation (Temporary Remote Position)

As a leading technology and software infrastructure provider to the cannabis industry, we're seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this temporary remote position, you'll play a critical role in linking retailers' custom menu items to brand catalog products at a high velocity while maintaining accuracy.
The Impact You'll Make:
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for: - Interpreting and processing cannabis-related product information on arenaflex listings - Managing multiple data sources to inform accurate decisions - Observing and reporting inconsistencies in menu data that may create a poor customer experience - Collaborating with teammates to resolve questions and remove obstacles - Adhering to data security best practices and maintaining confidentiality of internal information - Reviewing, interpreting, and entering data electronically with a high degree of detail and accuracy - Following a Curator's Standard Operating Procedures and reporting out daily progress - Identifying and communicating suggested process improvements to increase efficiencies in workflow - Taking direction from management and pivoting quickly when priorities shift
What You've Accomplished:
To be successful in this role, you'll need: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of data entry experience in sales, customer support, or other high-volume operational teams in a queue environment - Demonstrated ability to communicate and present with diverse ranges of stakeholders - Quality-minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire during discrepancies - Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail - Ability to operate at an accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment, while adhering to strict deadlines - Ability to work continuously on arenaflex's various online platforms - Experience in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) - Experience with great attention to detail, having worked in a role that requires inputting information correctly - Familiarity with or interest in digital media, sales, and operations - Experience in performing against daily productivity goals - Self-starting mentality and willingness to take initiative in delivering team goals
Bonus Points:
- Previous cannabis industry experience/knowledge of cannabis industry, brands, and products - Previous experience as a budtender or similar role - Familiarity with Salesforce - Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

Compensation and Benefits:
