Job Description: As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and providing timely resolutions. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and courteous manner. * Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. * Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and escalate as needed. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. * Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns. * Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner. * Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (call center experience is a plus). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. * Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and various communication tools. * Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries. * Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing work environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
