Job Summary

As a Live Chat and Email Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat and email support. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, gathering feedback, and suggesting improvements to our customer service process. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers
  • Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improving our customer service process and experience
  • Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction
  • Follow standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

* SPM level and above, with trilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal, written, and read)

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in any customer service role
  • Basic computer skills, including Gsuite and Microsoft
  • Own PC/Laptop with specifications of 8GB RAM or above and I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 or above with 80mbps internet speed for work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the igaming industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with live chat and email support software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
