Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
- Asking questions, clarifying rules and regulations, and making informed decisions to resolve customer problems
- Researching and resolving customer complaints, including escalating issues to other teams or management as needed

Essential Qualifications
