What You'll Be Doing
- Providing face-to-face customer service, resolving customer concerns, and delivering exceptional experiences
- Conducting research to provide answers and solutions to customers
- Being the face and smile of the operations, embodying the arenaflex values of humanity and technology
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
What You Bring to the Role
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
- A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
