Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing social media accounts for various businesses, responding to customer inquiries, and engaging with customers through live chat and social media channels

• Working independently, closely following provided steps and instructions, and meeting performance metrics
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Contract Details

* No fixed term contract, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule

• Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour
• Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 5 hours per week required

Requirements

To succeed as a Virtual Chat Support Associate, you'll need:
