What You Bring to the Role

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A computer and high-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
