Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members. You'll be the single point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing customized solutions to meet their needs. You'll work closely with our team to deliver a world-class customer experience and exceed our members' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer questions and resolve issues for our members via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our members.
- Build strong relationships with our members through empathetic and compassionate communication.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions to meet their expectations.
- Utilize our customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions and resolve member issues.
- Educate and assist customers on various elements of benefit plan information and available services.
- Take ownership of each customer contact to resolve their issues and connect them with additional services as appropriate.
- Identify member needs beyond the initial inquiry and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
- Resolve issues without or with limited management intervention.
- Provide education to members to support them in managing their health.
- Respond quickly to meet customer needs and resolve problems while avoiding over-committing.
Training and Shift:
* 17 weeks of paid training, with training hours from 8:30am – 5:00pm EST.
- Shift hours must be available from 8am-8pm EST.
Required Qualifications:
* Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location.
- Ability to be empathetic and compassionate in all interactions.
- Must live in the East Coast in the Eastern Time zone.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
* High School Diploma required.
Pay Range:
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 – $34.15 per hour.
