Job Summary
As a Full Stack IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless operations across our systems. You'll work closely with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop new solutions, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, develop new solutions, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer support efforts
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of Windows and Macintosh operating systems, as well as network protocols and architectures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based applications, such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
