Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Delivery Station Operations

Job Summary:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing in-station continuous, active support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. The job will also involve connecting customers with specialists who can provide them with the most reliable and up-to-date information about their packages. The work is beyond just fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers directly, face-to-face, as well as through telephone and email
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Maintaining arenaflex values and treating each customer with respect
  • Resolving issues and setting proper expectations with customers
  • Clearly understanding and responding properly to the issues presented by customers
  • Consistently writing syntactically correct, brief, and accurate responses to customer issues
  • Approaching issues logically and with good judgment to ensure the proper customer outcome
  • Pursuing quick and effective solutions for customers
  • Working an adaptable full-time (40+ hours per week) schedule
  • Performing the following tasks, regardless of reasonable accommodation:

+ Convey, lift, move, and carry up to 49 pounds + Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach + Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours + Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud (hearing protection will be provided) + Work in an environment where the temperature may fluctuate due to outside weather conditions and is not climate-controlled

A Day in the Life:

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where arenaflex's leading coordinated factors framework operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in touch with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. Where a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll inform our delivery partners. Where you notice a delivery issue, you'll take immediate action to resolve it, so our customers receive an excellent experience every time without reaching arenaflex. Working at the heart of arenaflex's operations, you'll develop calculated and customer-centric skills that set arenaflex apart. You'll interact with our customers consistently, utilizing your in-depth understanding of our logistics and local knowledge of delivery associations and warehouses.

The CS team is constantly seeking ways to make arenaflex's customer service even better, and we're looking for exceptional individuals to help us achieve that.

Essential Capabilities:

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • Past experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to successfully focus on work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with various internet browsers, database searching, and instant messaging tools

Preferred Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent business-related experience

  • Capability in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in analyzing performance metrics and creating them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working with a marketing/brand ambassador team for a widely recognized consumer brand
