Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and clients through a variety of channels. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $19 and the chance to work in a dynamic, remote environment. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Providing information on in-force products to Agents, Policyholders, and Employees
  • Communicating contract language in terms that callers will understand
  • Resolving a wide variety of problems with customers
  • Providing clear and concise information on problems
  • Maintaining a log of incoming calls from customers and field personnel
  • Following through to ensure that problems and requests are handled satisfactorily
  • Following up on telephone inquiries
  • Communicating with Policyholders and Agents on policy changes
  • Completing specific projects relating to policies
  • Assisting other departments in handling customer service problems
  • Understanding the process for address and correspondent changes

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a high-volume service environment
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; a relevant Associate's Degree is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Group Administration, Individual Administration, and basic claim processing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • The ability to handle customer complaints and problems in a timely and courteous manner
  • The ability to work remotely near Philadelphia, with occasional on-site work required
