Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Science Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading the Data Science CoE group of data researchers and analysts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of data science teams, including mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their career goals and improve their skills.
- Overseeing the execution of data science projects, including defining project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborating with business groups to model and plan technology and data guides.
- Building and driving effective data science groups, including mentorship and professional development of data architects and analyst colleagues.
- Developing and implementing data science solutions, including data visualization, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Communicating data insights to business stakeholders, including creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, deep learning, and cloud computing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in data science, including data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
- 3+ years of experience building and delivering scalable data science solutions, including cloud-based architectures.
- Experience collaborating with business groups to model and plan technology and data guides.
- Experience building and driving effective data science groups, including mentorship and professional development of data architects and analyst colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of data science tools and technologies, including SQL, PySpark, Python, and AI/deep learning.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Databricks.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools, including PowerBI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail, including personalization, marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of data science, AI, and machine learning, including predictive analytics and data visualization.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with data governance and data quality, including data validation and data cleansing.
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
