Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting arenaflex's advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your primary objective will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our advertising platform and help them achieve their business goals. You will work in a supportive virtual team environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, with a focus on customer-centricity and a passion for sales.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Work from the comfort of your own home, with a fixed Monday to Friday schedule, to promote advertising to small local businesses.
- Become an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, adapting product pointers quickly to meet customer needs and overcome objections and rejection.
- Reap and consistently exceed monthly sales goals, with a strong work ethic and tenacity.
- Live organized and manage your time effectively to complete daily tasks, with a focus on achieving success and winning.
What It Takes to Succeed
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
- No fear of the smartphone and a strong understanding of PC and email skills, with experience using Google Suite.
- A work environment free of distractions and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
- The potential to adapt quickly to new situations and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- A valid US sales authorization (if applicable).
