Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs
- Utilize arenaflex's customer service software and Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
