What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the spark that brightens days for our customers. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, making use of your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help them shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Your passion for exquisite, personalized service will shine through as you help customers, and you'll be part of a global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values.
During a Typical Day, You'll
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Recommend products or services to close a sale
What You Bring to the Role
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
- 1 year or more of customer service experience
- 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
- Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in
