Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving customer complaints, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and accurate manner, resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct research and investigation to resolve complex customer issues and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Enter service data into computer systems and update customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Log information about customer service interactions into systems and track service inquiries and resolution.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Qualifications

* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience.

  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in customer service software.

* Experience in the waste management and recycling industry.

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
  • Experience working in a remote work environment.
