Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' guests have an exceptional experience from booking to check-out. You'll be responsible for handling guest inquiries, assisting with booking management, and making calls as needed to resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with booking management, including updating guest information and resolving any issues that may arise
- Make calls to guests and clients as needed to resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that all guest requests are met and that our clients' properties are well-maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their guests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support and hospitality
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Experience with Guesty channel manager or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work weekends from 8 AM to 5 PM (Paris time)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the hospitality industry, including hotel or vacation rental management
- Knowledge of Airbnb policies and procedures
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to speak multiple languages (English, French, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience with social media management and customer engagement
