Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data and financial records. As a Data Entry and Payroll Administrator, you'll be responsible for collecting and entering data into our databases and computer systems, as well as running payroll and generating invoices. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Payroll Administrator at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
- Collect and enter data into our databases and computer systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of valuable company information
- Work closely with our data team and Data Manager to ensure seamless data entry and management
- Run payroll and generate invoices on a timely basis
- Monitor cash flow and produce financial reports as required
- Develop and maintain effective systems and processes for data entry and payroll administration
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and payroll administration, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong data entry skills, including fast typing and attention to detail
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms
- Experience with payroll software and financial systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
