Job Description:
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a leading global airline company.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
