Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our operational teams by accurately and efficiently entering and retrieving information from various systems and databases. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- Transmit information or documents using a computer
- Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print)
- Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and answer inquiries from guests
- Verify information in documents or on computer screens, including text, printed forms, and lists for accuracy and completeness
- Operate standard office equipment other than computers, such as telephone, typewriter, fax, photocopier, calculator, and electronic peripherals
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and databases
- Certification in data entry or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
