Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. Key Responsibilities

* Contact existing customers on behalf of arenaflex, utilizing a state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems

• Upgrade or resubscribe their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
• Deliver productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives
• Adhere to standard contact procedures, build relationships, and overcome prospect objections
• Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

Requirements

* Must be a North Carolina Resident

• Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
• Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
• Professional vocabulary
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Assertive, quick thinking
• Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
• Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
• Good computer skills
