Job Description
As a Remote Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer support through live chat interactions. You'll be responsible for assisting members with inquiries related to account management, billing, and technical issues, as well as troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat interactions

- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex content and service updates to provide accurate information to members

Requirements
