As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, pleasant, and professional manner. What you'll do
* Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
- Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance
- Interpret authorities' guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
- Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times
- Provide assistance to distressed passengers and customers
- Protect business assets and revenue
- Ensure a safe journey for our customers
- Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties
- Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe
- Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision
- Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations
- Follow internal and external regulations and procedures
- May be required to drive and operate air stairs to board and deplane passengers
- Responsible for the overall performance in the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
- May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control duties, including air-to-ground communication and Tower duties
All you'll need for success
* Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis
