Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sales Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our Examination Group, which leads account-level knowledge for arenaflex Business. This role is responsible for assisting account directors with data analysis, insights, and proposals to drive increased revenue. As a remote employee, you'll work independently and collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality data entry services, research and verify external data sources, and develop presentations with scientific outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets

• Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
• Scrub and design data to convert into system-compatible formats
• Support account directors in meeting requests and requirements
• Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
• Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
• Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions or initiatives
• Develop presentations with scientific outcomes for various levels of management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, marketing)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
