Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrate reliability and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day
- Handle a large number of contacts (approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift) in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Meet our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned
- Provide professional customer engagement, building relationships with customers and addressing their concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Actively listen and show empathy to understand customer concerns and find solutions that meet their needs
- De-escalate customer care situations, using conflict management skills to balance customer needs with company capabilities
- Troubleshoot customer issues, using analytical thinking to resolve problems in the first contact resolution process
- Be tech-savvy and multitask, navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently
- Identify areas of need for improvement for arenaflex customers and share leadership trends to help us continue to improve
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years old
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Must be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English, with working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent
- 100% mandatory training provided by arenaflex
- Qualified applicants must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process
