Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and providing solutions to facilitate treatment. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about healthcare, broaden your experience, and open the door to additional opportunities at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, ensuring a positive and helpful experience

  • Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
  • Make phone calls to members to discuss their plans, address concerns, and provide information
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Comfortable with patients in a helpful way that shows interest in improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefits management or health insurance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM software or similar systems
