Job Description:

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Task Groups of Experts and Different Partners:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Perform Data Gathering Undertakings, Combination - Foster Arrangements, Project/Procedure Planning, and Data Usage: Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Produce Records for Groups and Leadership to Audit and Use:

Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.

Convey Presentations to Groups and Chief Pioneers and Supporters:

Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Build Skills and Knowledge Including Self-Improvement, Team Information, and Client (Inner) Information: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and improvement.

Direct Chief/Direct Reports:

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to direct reports to ensure successful project execution and team performance.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree:

A four-year degree in a field of study related to business, operations, or analytics.

3 Years of Work Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in business operations, data analysis, and project management.

Store Insight and ASDS Experience:

Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and ASDS principles.

Quantitative Skills:

Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

Critical Thinking:

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
