What You'll Be Doing As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability. You will also have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programs and ongoing coaching.
