Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative III to join our team in Montgomery, AL. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative III, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls from customers across the United States
- Resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Providing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
- Collaborating with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Working closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements
To be successful as a Virtual Customer Service Representative III, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment
- Must have a dual-core 2.9 Ghz or better laptop or desktop with 4GB or RAM
- Must have a USB headset with microphone (required for certification training)
- Must have a hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
- Must have a landline phone service (no Magic Jacks or wireless devices allowed)
- Must be able to purchase a call center noise-cancelling phone
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a virtual customer service environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Experience working with diverse customer populations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Compensation
