The Basics

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with clients via live chat, phone, and email. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with setting up their online shops, getting their designs printed on our products, and ordering startup goods for their office
  • Troubleshooting issues with our clients' Printful Stores and E-Commerce platforms
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences
