Job Summary

As a Customer Account Executive (Inside Sales), you'll be responsible for selling arenaflex products and services to customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You'll work independently with little or no supervision, using your exceptional communication and sales skills to build strong relationships with customers and deliver a world-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Sell arenaflex products and services to customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging communications and entertainment technologies
  • Articulate the value of arenaflex products and services to customers, highlighting our competitive advantages
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the telecommunications or entertainment industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
