Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Storage Administrator to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data storage and management, and provide expert guidance and support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and manage data storage infrastructure, including NAS, SAN, and DAS systems

• Develop and maintain data storage policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate with application, database, server, and other technology teams to ensure seamless data storage and management
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members on data storage and management-related issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for data storage and management processes and procedures
• Perform code updates and security fixes to ensure the integrity and security of data storage systems
• Participate in the development and implementation of data storage and management strategies, including capacity planning and resource allocation

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3 years of experience in data storage or a related field, with a focus on networking and storage protocols
• Industry knowledge and experience with large-scale SAN design and implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise storage management, with experience in DellEMC, Cisco, and similar OEMs
• Strong understanding of current and emerging data security technologies
• Experience with NAS protocols (CIFS, NFS, and S3) and data synchronization technologies for both SAN and NAS
• Operating system framework organization skills (both Linux and Windows)
• VMWare knowledge and experience
• Proficient in providing clear and well-organized documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellence

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Experience with cloud-based data storage and management solutions
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
• Certification in data storage and management, such as CompTIA Storage+ or VMware VCP
