Job Description

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management and analytics initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
  • Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translating results, and making recommendations to business areas based on findings
  • Designing and developing packages for internal clients
  • Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
  • Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience

  • 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:

+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)

  • Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
  • Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
  • Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
  • Crystal Reporting experience preferred
