Job Description
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management and analytics initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translating results, and making recommendations to business areas based on findings
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
- 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
